It is hoped that the new statue of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour will be
delivered this coming Thursday.

Here is some more about Our Lady’s sponsorship of Chalimbana Community
School in Zambia. The school has a current role of 153 pupils; 75 boys
and 78 girls. It is in Mambwe District. The school has not been
sponsored before, so this is a special time for them to know that Our
Lady’s in Auchterarder will now be supporting them by helping to provide
life-changing meals for the children. Mary’s Meals will be providing a
full report in May 2027, by which time the school will have seen and
experienced the difference our involvement is making to the children.

A Bingo Tea is being organised for 19th August at 7pm in the Aytoun Hall
Institute to raise a bit more money to offset the cost of the new hard
top around the church.
