28th June to help offset the cost of the car park refurbishment. It is
hoped that as many people as possible will offer Gift Aid with their
donations. and by doing so increase the value of their donation by 25%.
To achieve this for a special collection like this certain procedures
need to be put in place:
+ Those who have signed a Gift Aid Declaration form and use a weekly
envelope will need to place their donation in a plain envelope and write
their envelope number on the front.
+ Those who have signed a Gift Aid Declaration form and donate by SO
will need to place their donation in a plain envelope and write their
name on the front.
+ If you are a tax payer, but have not signed a Gift Aid Declaration
form, you can offer Gift Aid by completing the special form, which is
attached and which is available in the church. Complete the form and
place it in an envelope with your donation.
+ If you cannot offer Gift Aid, then please just put cash into the
collection basket.
